Tom is a Professional Certified Executive Coach, Coaching Supervisor, Leadership Development Consultant and Business Advisor who supports leaders, business owners and organizations to make sustainable change and achieve their personal best. His coaching and advisory work is based on a successful thirty-year career as a global CFO, COO and President.

During his career as an operating executive, Tom had full P&L and management responsibility. He was President of Holly Hunt Enterprises, COO of Yakima Products Inc. and Senior Vice President of CHANEL where he coordinated finance and operations in more than 25 countries. Prior to this he learned his craft at Kidder Peabody, Chase Manhattan Bank, Exxon Corporation and Price Waterhouse - in various global roles.

Tom has a proven track record of leading high-performing teams in public, private and family-owned businesses. His success is based on his ability to motivate others to achieve challenging goals while honoring the unique differences and contributions of each individual.

Currently, Tom works with executives in a variety of industries including technology, consumer goods, life sciences, financial and professional services, retail and manufacturing in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. He counsels owners/founders on navigating change in dynamic and uncertain environments, and he works with leaders, business partners and teams to improve performance via collaboration, clear communication, and accountability.

Tom has delivered leadership programs in the Advanced Management Program at The Wharton School. He is on the faculty of the Hudson Institute of Coaching and was a mentor coach in the department of Organization and Leadership at Teachers College, Columbia University.

He facilitates Internal Coach Training and custom Leadership Development programs for global clients working with intact teams and groups. As give back, Tom is a Coach and a Coaching Supervisor for the Humanitarian Coaching Network, and he provides coaching and advisory support to CEO’s and other leaders in Social Enterprise.

Tom holds an MBA from The Wharton School and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. He holds a BS from Manhattan College and is a CPA.

He is a Certified Coach through The Hudson Institute of Coaching and is also certified by the International Coach Federation (PCC level). Tom has a Diploma in Coaching Supervision from the Coaching Supervision Academy in the UK. He is qualified in several assessment tools including Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Social Style, Hogan Assessment and several 360° instruments.

Tom is a pianist, is proficient in French and he has traveled extensively throughout the world. He maintains offices in San Francisco and New York City.
